Plant Spirit Walks
Feel an itch to connect with our beautiful surroundings in order to begin your healing process? Do the plants call to you? Does healing in nature just make sense to you? Us too!
During the plant spirit walk, the goal is for you to learn how to drop into your heart-centered alpha state, and connect with the plants and their wisdom. We will meet at a predetermined area in the greater surrounding Salida, and go for a walk or a short hike (depending on your preference).
During your session, we will:
Identity and connect with some of the native plants
Discuss ethical wildcrafting and foraging
Learn to talk with the plants and understand how your intuition interprets their messages
Learn how to drop into a heart-centered and alpha brainwave state in order to be most receptive
Choose and connect to a plant of your choosing,understanding and listening to the wisdom that it has to share. This will be done alongside of shamanic drumming
Learn how to make your own plant spirit essence.. And craft one yourself!
Create your own plant bundle to bring home
OPTIONAL: Add on an energy healing! During the plant walk while in nature, receive a peaceful energy healing.
If you feel called to learn more about your intuition and how you personally receive messages from the universe and the plants, this is a great way to tap in and come to a greater understanding.

Plant Spirit Walks are ~1.5 hours, and a Plant Spirit Walk + Energy Healing is about 2 hours.
Group pricing differs and is lower. Please inquire about group plant spirit walks at a lower rate (2+ People)!
