Chakra balancing

Your chakras are energy fields that exist within your energetic body. Visible to some and simply felt by others, we all have chakras. You can think of them as wheels that keep your energy moving and keep you in balance and in health. When we experience problems on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes (which we all do, because we are in fact human) this can cause a blockage within one or more of the chakras. When one chakra has a blockage, it can cause other chakras to also slow or not be receiving energy. I often see this as a dull color or sludge, becoming overactive or underactive. When we can remove the sludge and toxins, energy can freely flow as it needs to again, resulting in balance.

Spirit Hypnosis uses guided imagery and suggestions to help clients access their highest wisdom and bring them back into balance. Below are some examples of what we work on with clients:
